A message dated July 30 was received stating the Governor signed the                                                            
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     "An Act modifying the boundary of Chugach State Park; directing                                                            
     the sale of land to the Eagle River Lions Club; and providing for
